Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. Monarche reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Monarche reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods displayed at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via insured express courier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Monarche is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags and documentation. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are covered by Monarche for defective items only.

Every timepiece sold through Monarche is guaranteed 100% authentic. Each watch is inspected and verified by our in-house experts before shipping. Certificates of authenticity are provided where available.
Limitation of Liability
Monarche shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
